For everyone who's ever been that poor person on the other end of the phone...
This coaster is dedicated to anyone who's ever worked in Customer Service. Those poor unsung heroes whose lot in life is to be constantly shouted at for things which really aren't their fault, and therefore end up thinkingof..... measures to make it stop. I've been there, which is why I make a point that no matter how bad the service is I never shout at the person on the other end of the phone...
As usual this can be fitted with magnets, turning it into a sign. So if you really DO want to use it for the complaints dept.....
