Print Settings & Manufacturing Instructions:
General Settings:

Orientation: Print the base and geometric shapes flat. Print the connector pins vertically.

Supports: NONE. This model is 100% optimized for support-free printing.

Material: PLA (High-quality non-toxic filament recommended).

Layer Height: 0.2 mm for a perfect balance of detail and strength.

Optimized Manufacturing:

Material Saving (Shapes): For the 100mm tall shapes, use 3 wall perimeters and 12% Infill (Gyroid). This provides excellent structural integrity while being eco-friendly and cost-effective.

Maximum Durability (Pins): To ensure child safety, print the vertical pins with 6 wall perimeters to make them nearly solid. A 5mm Brim is mandatory for stability during the print.

Cooling: Use 100% fan speed for crisp, sharp geometric corners and clean painting channels.
